Great experience, showroom finish.

Wasn’t sure about internet dealers but these guys were second to none. Car was in great condition and the triple polish and valet finish were just like it came out of the showroom. Friendly service. Would strongly recommend.

Lexus IS300h - Thank you Oakdene Collection

Very pleasant experience. Long story short - I was travelling from Northern Ireland to collect Lexus IS300h. I was happy with great reviews from other customers and decided to leave deposit and see the car. Great first impression when my car was waiting there fully prepared, shiny and super tidy inside. I received keys and some time to walk around, sit inside, drive for a while and just see if I like it. No issues found and car was exactly as advertised. In Oakdene they treat customers in a very professional way. They know how to make business and make people feel comfortable with all procedures. Straight away there was new owner of vehicle sorted online and tax paid. In the meantime I was asked number of times if I wish to have tea/coffee and I felt nicely looked after, so it is not only cold money-car exchange. After that I had to catch the ferry so drove for few hours and it was a great trip. Really happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you!
