Click and Collect

All vehicles are reserved with a small deposit from every customer which starts our process as follows..

Before you collect your vehicle - Each car receives a 2 hour pre-delivery inspection, service (if needed) & receives a MOT.

Next, Each car is prepared to the highest standard via our detailing department. Our detailers, 3 stage machine polish and flat all imperfections to leave a glass like finish.

All preparation work needed on a car is then carried out by our onsite detailers, alloy wheel team, interior trim experts and dent team.

Each customer is presented with their vehicle to view on their own accord. Enjoying an unaccompanied test drive.

With every handover taking around 40 minutes, each customer is ready to drive their new vehicle away. A enjoyable, hassle free process.

In the unlikely event a customer is not satisfied when coming to view and collect, we always refund their deposit and their travel cost.

Complaints Procedure
Oakdene Cars Limited is committed to providing a customer experience of the highest standard, but we do understand that sometimes things can go wrong. We are committed to listening to your feedback and resolving any issues wherever we can. If you wish to complain our aim will be to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.
A complaint must be submitted within a reasonable timescale, this should, where possible, be within 3 months of the date on which the event or lack of action occurred, or on which you could reasonably be expected to have known about the matter. Your complaint should include as much information as possible including the specific issues you wish to raise, any relevant circumstances you would like to be considered and the outcome sought.

If you remain unhappy with our decision, you have the right to refer the matter to the financial ombudsman service by calling 0300 123 9 123 and asking for advice.
